Jenifer D’Angelo, senior relationship manager for Heartland Payment Systems in Glastonbury, is the guest speaker at the weekly meeting of the Rocky Hill Reemployment Group on Thursday, October 18, 2012. She will talk about what she looks for in a job applicant.

After D’Angelo’s talk, job seekers will participate in a workshop on networking—what it is, why it’s an important component of the job search, and how to use it to their advantage.

As with all weekly meetings of the group, attendees will also have an opportunity to discuss their own job searches and exchange advice.

The Rocky Hill Reemployment Group meets every Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at St. James Church Hall, 767 Elm Street. Walk-ins are welcome.
