Lottery Jackpot Hit in North Central Connecticut

ROCKY HILL, CT — A winning ticket in the Lucky for Life game worth $25,000 a year for life was sold in East Windsor on Monday,Connecticut Lottery officials said.

The Lucky for Life winning numbers drawn on Feb. 12 were: 7 – 11 – 33 – 37 – 47 and the Lucky Ball was 10, lottery officials said.

The winning ticket was sold at Big Y World Class Market, located at 67 Prospect Hill Road in East Windsor.

Since the multi-state version Lucky for Life game began in January 2015, Lucky for Life’s second-place prize has been won 147 times, lottery officials said. A total of 20 were in Connecticut, according to lottery officials.

On Feb. 12, in Connecticut alone, there were a total of 12,731 lucky winners from prizes ranging from $3 to the $25,000 a-year-for-life prize.

All draw game tickets expire 180 calendar days from the draw date. The winner has only until Friday, Aug. 17, to claim the prize before the tickets expires, lottery officials said.
