Lottery Players Should Re-Check Some Draw Tickets: Officials

ROCKY HILL, CT — The CT Lottery Mobile App “Scan Tickets” feature operated incorrectly beginning Saturday at 12:25 p.m. through Monday at 10:34 a.m. for draw tickets only, lottery officials said.

Instant ticket scanning during that time period was not affected, officials said.

Anyone who scanned draw tickets during that time should please check tickets again, officials said.

The Mobile App “Scan Tickets” feature is now fully operational, officials said.

Standard operating procedure for the CT Lottery's gaming system is to be offline between the approximate hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., officials said.
