Mother Goose On The Loose Zoom Session Set For Thursday

This nursery rhyme program hosted by the Belden Library helps children gain prereading skills.

Mother Goose on the Loose is a nursery rhyme program that will help your child gain prereading skills. Join us for fun songs, rhymes and a story. Recommended for babies to three year old (or older) children with a parent or caregiver. Registration is required to obtain the meeting ID and password for Zoom, which you will receive via e-mail. Please download the “Zoom Cloud Meetings” app prior to pre-registering.

  • Find a place you can sit on the floor with your child because you will be interacting directly with them. Make sure you can see the camera on your computer or phone. You can choose to reveal the video or not. We ask that you begin with muting your sound and then at the end you will have a chance to unmute and ask questions and say "hi" to all of your friends.
  • Find a scarf for your child and one for you to use during the movement time. It can be any small piece of fabric about 12-18" square or a rectangle, ideally one you can see through. If you can't find anything, you can just follow the motions for that part.
