Nino Cessario, 52 of Rocky Hill: Loved Visiting Family and Friends Abroad

Cessario passed away unexpectedly on March 30.

Anthony Francis “Nino” Cessario, 52, of Rocky Hill, beloved son of Giulio F. and Valentina (Bruno) Cessario of Rocky Hill, died unexpectedly Monday, March 30, 2015 on his way home from his favorite country, Australia.

He was born in Hartford on July 3, 1962. Nino grew up and always lived in Hartford’s South End. He attended St. Augustine’s Elementary School and South Catholic High School. Nino attended Boston College and graduated from The University of Hartford. In addition he earned his Master Degree from Central Connecticut State University. Nino loved to visit his cousins and friends abroad.

He was formerly employed by the State of Connecticut. Besides his parents, he is survived by the love of his life, his daughter, Nina Dominique Cessario; two brothers, Giulio D. Cessario and wife Eileen of Wethersfield and John D. Cessario and wife Gina of Southington, as well as his extended family in the Northeast and abroad.

Calling hours will be Saturday (April 18) from 8:15 to 10:15 a.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Ave., Hartford. Entombment will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
