Norwalk Firm Acquires Rocky Hill Industrial Building

The building measures 35,000 square feet.

ROCKY HILL, CT – Norwalk-based real estate investor M.F. DiScala & Co. has acquired the industrial building at 51 Belmose Ave. in Rocky Hill for $2.4 million, those involved in the sale said.

The building sits on 4.6 acres of land and measures 35,000 square feet, according to the listing.

Colliers International managed the transaction.
