Rocky Hill Advances into Football Semifinals

ROCKY HILL, CT — Quarterfinal action got underway Tuesday night in the CIAC state football playoffs, and in none of the four classes did the top four seeds all emerge victorious.

Rocky Hill, the fourth seed in Class S, emerged unscathed, crushing No. 5 Bullard Havens 56-8 to earn a berth in the semifinals. The Terriers will host eighth-seeded Seymour Monday.
