Rocky Hill Commercial Parcel Sells for $5.5 Million

ROCKY HILL, CT — The CVS building at 323 Cromwell Ave. in Rocky Hill has sold for $5.5 million brokerage Pearce Real Estate said on Friday.

North Haven, Connecticut (January 24, 2018) – Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that DeForest “Frosty” W. Smith of the Milford Pearce Real Estate office has sold the property at 323 Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill for $5,500,000.

The property measures 15,000 square feet, according to the sale particulars.

The seller is Broad Street III, a limited liability company. The buyer is Jordan Realty, also a limited liability company.

This sale represents an IRS Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange for the buyer, coordinated 100 percent by broker DeForest "Frosty" Smith.
