Rocky Hill Cops Investigating Thursday Vehicle Crimes
Police said the incidents took place overnight.
ROCKY HILL, CT — Rocky Hill police on Thursday said they are investigating several overnight thefts from vehicles as well as a stolen motor vehicle in the Elm Ridge Drive/Courtney Drive area.
The Crimes are believed to have occurred between 2:30 and 3:30 a.m., police said.
Criminals seem to be targeting unlocked vehicles and stealing items of value, police said.

"It is important to remind residents that you should always lock your vehicle and remove valuables," police said. "Unlocked vehicles were the the primary target of these thieves."
Police said physical evidence has been recovered in the Thursday case.

"We are hopeful this will lead to the identification of the suspect or suspects," police said.
