The summer football game, which was organized by the Connecticut High School Coaches Association, included some of Connecticut's top high school football seniors from this past season. Xavier of Middletown quarterback Tim Boyle's two touchdowns helped the National Guard team defeat the Marines team, which Steinman played for, 15-14, <a href="http://www.courant.com/sports/high-school-football/hc-ct-high-school-football-all-star-game-0630-20130629,0,1599260.story" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to a story in the Hartford Courant</a>.
