ROCKY HILL, CT — Rocky Hill police are looking for the owners of property recovered from a series of motor vehicle braks-ins. The all-points bulletin for the owners of the property was sent out Thursday, just a few hours after a suspect from the early morning incidents was apprehended in Wethersfield. The suspect was caught with a stolen license plate out of Rocky Hill, police said. Anyone missing a plate, personal items or anyone who has not yet reported an incident is being asked to call Rocky Hill police at 860-258-7640.
