150 Walmart Employees Impacted by Derby Store Closure: Report
The store hopes to transfer employees to other nearby Walmart stores, including one located in Shelton.
DERBY, CT-- The Walmart store located at 656 New Haven Ave. in Shelton will close its doors on July 29, according to The Valley Independent newspaper.

A Walmart official told the paper that they hope to transfer the store's 150 employees to other local stores. Employees were notified already, according to the report.
