152-Apartment Development Planned For Shelton: Report

SHELTON, CT — Plans for a 152-apartment development on River Road have been filed with the town's Planning and Zoning Commission and are in the process of being presented to the Inland Wetlands Commission, the New Have Register reports.

According to the New Haven Register, the plans call for four separate buildings with 38 apartments each, as well as a 5,500-square-foot clubhouse and 274 proposed parking spaces. Developers are currently seeking a Planning Development District for the nearly 10-acre site.
