$1M Lottery Prize Sold In Derby

DERBY, CT – A winning lottery ticket worth $1 million was recently sold in Derby, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A Shelton resident and a Florida resident won $1 million on a Mega Millions ticket that was sold at Derby Central Mart, LLC at 3 Pershing Drive in Derby, according to Lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
