2 Men Arrested In Connection To Burglary Of City Vehicle In Shelton: Police
Police said two men were recently charged in connection to a burglary involving a city vehicle reported near Shelton City Hall.

SHELTON, CT — Two men were recently arrested in connection to a burglary involving a city vehicle reported earlier this year in Shelton, the Shelton Police Department announced Tuesday.
In a news release shared to Facebook, Police Sgt. Colin Bitsco said a burglary to a motor vehicle involving a city truck was reported on Feb. 17 in the area of Hill Street near City Hall.
According to Bitsco, an investigation revealed the vehicle had been forcibly entered, resulting in damage to the driver's side door and lock, and a Husky brand socket set and other items were stolen.

In surveillance footage, two suspects were seen early the morning of Feb. 13 entering the parking area, where they forcibly entered the vehicle and removed items before fleeing on foot, according to Bitsco.
After an extensive investigation, police obtained a search warrant and located the stolen items, Bitsco said.

As a result of the investigation, police identified Kamora King, 43, and Mark Gaddy, 44, as suspects in the burglary incident, according to Bitsco.
Both men were later arrested on warrants, Bitsco said.
According to Bitsco, Gaddy was out on bond at the time of his arrest in connection to a robbery reported in Shelton on Feb. 21.
King was already in custody for charges related to the Feb. 21 incident and was served with an arrest warrant while incarcerated, according to Bitsco.
King and Gaddy are both currently in the custody of the state Department of Correction and are awaiting their next court date, Bitsco said.
