30 Apartments Approved By Shelton P&Z Commission: Report

SHELTON, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a proposal for a new apartment building in town during a recent meeting, the Shelton Herald reports. The building is planned for Old Bridgeport Avenue on the site of the former Hunan Pan restaurant.

According to the Shelton Herald, the building will hold 30 apartments, feature onsite parking and, as currently proposed, be a copy of the Brookview Apartments structure recently built on Old Bridgeport Avenue.
