$33 Million Apartment Complex Sale In Shelton

SHELTON, CT — A 99-unit apartment complex in Shelton has sold for $33 million.

The Avalon Huntington's sale price amounts to more than $333,000 per unit, according to the Connecticut Post. The average unit had more than 1,400 square feet of space.

The complex opened in 2008.
