DERBY, CT — A Waterbury man was charged with sexually assaulting a victim on the Derby Greenway trail on Saturday.
Artay Drinks, 42, was charged with first-degree sex assault, third-degree robbery and third-degree assault on an elderly person. He is being held on $400,000 bail.
He is due in court Tuesday.
