Arrest Made In Ansonia Homicide
Police arrested the ex-boyfriend of a woman in connection with her death.
ANSONIA, CT — Ansonia Police arrested the ex-boyfriend of a woman with murder.
Andre LeFrancois, 22, of Ansonia was charged with murder for the death of Rosali Violet Acquefreda. She died Aug. 30.
LeFrancois was taken into custody Sept. 2 and charged with murder and risk of injury to a minor. He is being held in lieu of $750,000 bail. The arrest warrant has been sealed and police released no additional details.

Acquefreda's father Joseph Acquefreda said his daughter had a toxic relationship with LeFrancois that dated back to when she was 14, according to the New Haven Register. They have a 3-year-old child in common.
