Arrest Made In Ansonia Mystery Bag Of Guns, Drugs: PD
An Ansonia resident is facing multiple charges for the 2024 case, according to police.

ANSONIA, CT — A local man is accused of being the owner of a drug and gun-filled duffel bag which was found in a Main Street apartment building last year.
Police got a complaint on May 22, 2024 about an abandoned duffel bag in a hallway of the apartment building.
Officers found seven firearms, cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl, methamphetamine, tramadol, ecstasy, and drug packaging material inside the bag, according to police.

Police discovered one of the guns had been reported stolen from Trumbull, police said.
Detectives Kristen Hunt and Shawn Mendenhall used surveillance and video from surrounding businesses and DNA to identify a suspect.

On March 18, police charged Geoffrey Feliciano, 37, of Ansonia on a warrant.
Feliciano is charged with possession with intent to sell the following: cocaine, narcotics, a controlled substance, a hallucinogen and marijuana. He is also accused of four counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of a firearm, four counts of failure to obtain serial number of a firearm, seven counts improper storage of a firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment, and risk of injury.
Feliciano is free after posting $100,000 bail. He is due in Superior Court in Derby on April 9.
