Artisans Named for Celebrate Shelton's 'Downtown Handmade Market' in November

The market is held in the Conti Building at 415 Howe Ave.​ in Shelton.

SHELTON, CT — Nearly two dozen local artisans have been announced as participants in the Nov. 5 Downtown Handmade Market sponsored by Celebrate Shelton.

The market is part of an initiative focusing on small businesses and the community, and was started in 2014 by local small business owners Michael Skrtic, of The Glass Source, Nicole Heriot-Mikula, of bringtheHoopla as well as Jimmy Tickey.

The market is held in the Conti Building at 415 Howe Ave. in Shelton. The recent annual Shelton Day served as the kickoff for the Downtown Handmade Market.
