Back To School: Shelton 2022-23 School Calendar

SHELTON, CT — The summer is beginning to come to a close and parents are already back-to-school planning in Shelton. An essential component to that is school calendars to help parents prepare for the first day in Shelton.

The first day of school for Shelton students is Tuesday, Sept. 6.

Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

Shelton Schools

• First Day: Tuesday, Sept. 6
• Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 23 (early dismissal for students and staff). Nov. 24 and 25, no school
• Winter Break: Dec. 23 (early dismissal). Dec. 26 - Jan. 2, no school
• President's Day recess: Feb. 17 and President's Day, Feb. 20, no school
• Spring Break: April 7-14, no school
• Last Day: June 15 (early dismissal day). June 12, 13, 14, 15 Early Dismissal Days

Weather related cancellation days will be added to the end of the school year.
