Car Strikes Telephone Pole In Shelton, Driver Taken To Hospital

SHELTON, CT — RT 110 was forced to shut down due to a single vehicle accident on Friday, fire officials said.

Police and fire crews remained until power was de-energized. The Echo Hose Hook and Ladder Co. 1 and White Hills Fire Company 5 responded.
