City Hall, Public Library Closed Tuesday In Derby Due To Weather
Multiple city facilities in Derby will be closed Tuesday due to forecasted winter weather conditions, according to city officials.

DERBY, CT — Multiple city facilities will be closed Tuesday due to forecasted winter weather conditions, according to city officials.
In an email Monday night, City Clerk Marc Garofalo said City Hall, the Derby Senior Center and the Derby Public Library will all be closed Tuesday due to the expected weather.

A strong snow storm is expected to hit the state Tuesday, however the track is forecast to stay more south, which means northern parts of the state are now expected to receive less snow compared to the southern part of Connecticut. This is a complete reversal from Sunday's forecast.
