Colonial Properties Leases Building In Shelton

SHELTON, CT — Orange-based commercial and residential real estate brokerage Colonial Properties recently closed on a total of five lease deals in West Haven, Shelton and Orange, according to President and Designated Broker Michael Richetell:

• Tom Doyle represented the Landlord, York Business Center, LLC, in the leasing of 719 & 727 Campbell Ave, West Haven, CT. 719 Campbell Ave, consisting of 4,000 +/- SF Industrial/Retail space was leased to Jordan Greenstein for a two (2) year term; 727 Campbell Ave, consisting of 330+/- SF Office space was leased to Inspired Occasion Party Rentals and Events for a one (1) year term.
• Doyle also represented York Business Center, LLC, in the leasing of 3,800 +/- SF Industrial Warehouse space located at 748 Washington Ave, Unit C, West Haven, CT to Lujo Bar for a three (3) year term. Lujo Bar was represented by Gary Bellard, CCIM, also with Colonial Properties.
• Tom Woodward represented the Landlord, Huntington Woods, LLC, in the leasing of 1,428 +/- Retail space located at 702 Bridgeport Ave, Suite 101A, Shelton, CT for a five (5) year term. The Tenant, SOMOS, LLC will be opening a Spanish restaurant and was represented by The Cordido Group, LLC.
• Fred A. Messore, SVP, represented the Tenant, Orange Cigar & More, LLC, in the leasing of 4,500 +/- SF rear Retail space located at 311 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT for a five (5) year term. The Landlord, Di Sibio Paraiba Investments, LLC, was represented by Richard Girouard, Jr. of Klein New England. Cigar & More will be relocating their existing shop and lounge.
