Concerns Arise Over Proposed Shelton Condo Development

The concerns over the 36-unit condo complex were shared at a Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

SHELTON, CT — Some concerns were aired over the proposed 36-unit condominium proposal on River Road.

There was concern over nearby steep slopes where rocks could fall near the property from 50 feet above, according to the Shelton Herald.

Developers would have to get a zoning exception since the area is zoned for homes with quarter acre lots. The project sits on 12 acres.
