​Corinne A. Mulvey, 78, passed away November 5, 2024.

Corinne A. Mulvey, 78, of Shelton, beloved wife of the late William J. Mulvey, Jr., passed away November 5, 2024. Corinne was born March 23, 1946 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to the late Tomas and Mary Moleski. She was a coordinator in the medical education department of Bridgeport Hospital for many years up until her retirement.

Her life revolved around her family, especially her daughter Jill (Doug) Emmons and grandsons Michael Emmons (My Michael) and Ryan Emmons (Ry Guy). She is also survived by her brother Thomas (Marie) Moleski and many nieces and nephews. She felt blessed that she was welcomed and loved as true family by the Emmons and Montesi’s, in-laws of Jill, as well as Jill’s lifelong friend Patty Little. Her compassionate listening and engaging conversations will be missed by friends and family alike.

Her family would like to thank the caregivers at both Smilow Cancer Hospital and the Milford Campus of Bridgeport Hospital for the compassion and support they gave both Corinne and her family over the past few years.
