Shelton, CT - The March 2016 death of four-month-old Adam Gregory Vasaturo Seagull, a Shelton boy who was in the care of an unlicensed daycare facility in Fairfield, is now being investigated as a homicide, according to police.
The Connecticut Post reports that toxicology tests conducted by the state medical examiner's office have concluded that there were high levels of benadryl in the child's body.
