
DERBY, CT — The ALDI Derby location will reopen May 10 after a renovation.
The store will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony and offer a Golden Ticket giveaway where the first 100 customers will receive gift cards to the store. Shoppers can enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a year's supply of produce.
ALDI is investing more than $41 million to update its 22 stores in the Hartford and New Haven areas by the end of 2019.

The company is spending $1.6 billion nationwide to expand and remodel 1,300 stores.
The ribbon cutting will take place at 8:30 a.m.
