Derby Man Charged After Road Rage Incident: Milford PD
A baseball bat was utilized during the incident, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A Derby man, Iasias Martell, 19, of Derby Avenue is accused of being involved in a road rage incident and police said he struck another motorist in the back with a baseball bat.
On Aug. 24, police were called to the Connecticut Post Mall on a report of a road rage incident that had just occurred, police said.
Martell is charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was given a court date of Sept. 20. No other details were provided by police.
