Derby Republican Primary Election 2023: What To Know
Registered Republicans in Derby will head to the polls Tuesday, Sept. 12 for a primary election. Here's what you need to know.

DERBY, CT — Registered Republicans will head to the polls on Tuesday, Sept. 12 for a primary election that features a mayoral race.
Mayor Richard Dziekan is on the ballot Tuesday, as is challenger Gino DiGiovanni Jr., a member of the Board of Aldermen representing the city's second ward and a member of the city's Planning and Zoning board.
The winners of Tuesday's primary will be the Democratic candidates on the ballot in the municipal election scheduled for Nov. 7.

Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 12. For more information, visit the Derby Registrar of Voters website here.
