Developer: 20 Huntington Units Better Than Other Options

A developer proposing 20 units on six acres of land says its a better option than some other potentials.

SHELTON, CT — A developer who is pitching 20 homes behind Huntington Congregational Church says his option is far better than other potentials.

John Guedes said that 20 homes on the 6-acre property would beat having affordable housing a 140-unit assisted living center, according to the Connecticut Post.

About 500 residents turned up at a recent Planning and Zoning meeting to voice displeasure with the proposal.
