Developer Seeks To Build Warehouse In Shelton: Report

SHELTON, CT — Local developer Rob Scinto is looking to change plans and build a warehouse instead of an office building on an 11-acre parcel on the corner of Constitution Boulevard and Waterview Drive in Shelton, reported the Shelton Herald.
The change in plans for the 80,000-square-foot warehouse will require approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission, which has scheduled a hearing on the proposal for Aug. 25.
