DiMatteo Group hires Linda A. Lister, CISR, CPIW

SHELTON, CONN.—DiMatteo Group recently hired Linda A. Lister, CISR, CPIW, of Prospect is a commercial lines account manager.

In her new position, Lister is a liaison for claims, endorsements and billing issues for DiMatteo Group’s commercial lines clients. She provides customer service to the firm’s commercial lines clients and assists them in making appropriate insurance decisions for their individual needs.

Lister has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including consecutive service as secretary, vice president and president of the Waterbury Association of Insurance Professionals, which recognized her with the Rookie of the Year award in 2003 and the Insurance Women of the Year award in 2007.

Established in 1960, DiMatteo Group, formerly DiMatteo Insurance Service Center, is a family-owned and operated insurance, employee benefits and financial services organization. The agency’s services include personal, commercial, life and health insurance, investments and financial planning and tax preparation. It is an active supporter of local charities, raising more than $300,000 in the last 12 years through its Annual Golf Tournament. DiMatteo Group is based in Shelton, Conn.
