Discussion Wednesday on Proposed 121-Acre Mixed-Use Development in Shelton

SHELTON, CT - An informational hearing is scheduled for City Hall this evening, March 30, where residents can learn about the proposed mixed-use development project slated for a 121-acre parcel on Bridgeport Avenue and Mill Street.
The development calls for hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail, mixed-use and residential structures, multiple parking lots that would accommodate more than 2,000 cars, and other improvements, reports the Shelton Herald.
Wednesday's hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Shelton City Hall auditorium.
