Escaped Cows Spotted Running Along Shelton Road: Report
A group of cows recently escaped from a farm in Shelton and were spotted running along a road in town.
SHELTON, CT — At least four cows were spotted running along Route 111 in Shelton after escaping from Stone Gardens Farm on Saw Mill City Road early Tuesday evening, News 12 Connecticut reports.
According to News 12 Connecticut, police made sure the cows did not get hit by a vehicle until the animals went back into the woods. The cows ultimately made it to Monroe, and farmers worked to safely corral them and bring them home.
