bringtheHoopla LLC (hooping) Fall Sessions

Our woman's hooping fitness classes are a low impact aerobic exercise class which provides a cardio workout, burning approximately 500 calories per hour, while toning your core and working out in a totally social and welcoming atmosphere. We focus on glutes, thighs, and arms while providing body strength. And...no prior hooping experience is necessary. Everyone can hoop. :)

You may register for the following two bringtheHoopla classes at www.vrae.org. Classes start next week. So...sign up now!!

SEYMOUR:

  • Mondays beginning October 17 (4 weeks) from 6:30-7:30pm.
  • Classes will be held at the Seymour High School cafeteria.
  • Classes taught by Jenn DeBlasio.
  • Cost is $50.

 

SHELTON:

  • Classes will be held at the Shelton Intermediate School cafeteria.
  • Classes taught by Nicole Heriot

  • Cost is $70.
