Gentle Flow Yoga

Newly added class option ~ Gentle Flow Yoga is appropriate for yoga newbies up to mid-level practitioners.  Postures and modifications make this class accessible to all students and encourage the student to reconnect to body-mind-spirit through gentle flow.  Breath control, standing and balancing poses, core and floor work are included in the class. Offered by Stacey Turecheck, Certified Vinyasa Instructor.
