If you have ever wanted to make your own homemade cheese and
thought you couldn’t, this class will most definitely change your mind! Once
you have taken this class with our Resident Chef, you will learn the life-long
techniques and use them at home to make your own Fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta
cheese. Imagine using fresh cheeses, made by you to make Mozzarella sticks for
your children or a delicious light authentic Caprese Salad, a lasagna or
calzone using both cheeses. You can also use the Ricotta cheese to make your
own homemade Cannolis! The possibilities are endless!
