Final Appeal To Open Cannabis Dispensary In Shelton Denied: Report
A representative said it was the company's last chance to appeal, according to a new report.
SHELTON, CT — Rodeo Cannabis' final appeal of a previous ruling by the city regarding a request to open a cannabis dispensary at Crown Point Center in Shelton was denied last week, the Shelton Herald reports. A representative confirmed to the paper it was the company's last chance to appeal.
According to the Shelton Herald, the Planning and Zoning Commission denied the request in 2024, which parent company PVG, LLC appealed. When a state superior court judge dismissed the appeal in October, the owners appealed that ruling, which was then denied by the state Appellate Court last week.
