Four New Members Voted Onto Knollbrook Condo Board; New Property Management Firm Selected
Four new members were elected by unit owners to the five-person executive board of Knollbrook Condominium Association, Inc., on September 11, 2013, which then hired Imagineers, LLC, as the new property management firm for the 71-unit condominium complex.
The selection of Imagineers follows a rigorous bidding process in which eight area firms submitted proposals to manage Knollbrook following the departure of its former property management firm. Imagineers started September 19, 2013.
“Our first order of business was to hire a new property manager, and, after interviewing two finalist firms, we were unanimous in our decision to go with Imagineers, based on their professionalism, glowing references, extensive knowledge of pertinent state laws, and long track record of managing condominiums in Connecticut,” said Harry Tutunjian, new executive board president for Knollbrook.
