His interest in cardiac electrophysiology is rooted in both the complexity of the specialty and the meaningful difference treatment can make in patients’ lives.

“What drew me to cardiac electrophysiology is the problem-solving and the use of advanced data, evidence, and the heart’s electrical signals to determine the source of an arrhythmia and how best to treat it,” he said. “While I enjoy the mental aspect, the most rewarding part is seeing the impact successful treatment has on patients’ lives.”

Dr. Rackley’s approach reflects Griffin Health’s Planetree person-centered care philosophy, which emphasizes treating each patient as a whole person, and ensuring they are fully informed, comfortable, and actively involved in their care decisions. His training at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center reinforced the importance of clear communication, access to information, and building meaningful partnerships with patients. By combining advanced cardiac electrophysiology expertise with a focus on person-centered care Dr. Rackley brings a care experience that supports both the clinical and personal needs of every patient, to improve outcomes and quality of life.
