Shelton-Based Salon Adding Second Location

SHELTON, CT — A Shelton-based hair salon that has built a loyal following over nearly two decades is expanding with a new location at Quarry Walk.

S Salon by Salvatore, which has served clients in Shelton since 2008, will soon open at the Oxford retail and dining complex, according to an announcement from Quarry Walk.

Owner Salvatore “Sal” and his team plan to celebrate the opening with live music on the Quarry Walk green, welcoming visitors and new clients to the salon’s second location.

The full-service salon offers haircuts, coloring and styling for women, men and children of all ages.

Since launching in Shelton, the business has grown steadily and now employs 13 stylists. According to the salon, the team’s goal is to work collaboratively to ensure clients not only love their hair, but also enjoy the entire salon experience.

The Quarry Walk location represents the next step in the salon’s growth while expanding its reach beyond Shelton.
