Hitchcock Farm Property Development Rights Sold
The developmental rights were sold to the state and Woodbridge Land Trust, which will prevent heavy development at the site.
DERBY, CT — The Hitchcock Farm Property's development rights were sold to the State of Connecticut and Woodbridge Land Trust.
The land will remain farm property without the chance for commercial or large scale residential development, said Town Clerk Marc Garofalo.
The property deed was sold for $637,880, according to clerk records.
