ANSONIA, CT — Popular retailer HomeGoods isn't moving to the former space occupied by Aarons' appliance, but will instead use space within the current Marshalls store.
Mayor David Cassetti previously said that the store was being opened in the Big Y plaza where Aarons' used to be, but it was later learned by the Valley Independent that it will be located in Marshalls.
HomeGoods falls under the same company as TJ Maxx and Marshalls. It sells home furnishings. There are other locations in Trumbull, Milford, Danbury and other Connecticut towns.
