Latest Shelton Coronavirus Updates: 8 Residents Test Positive
A total of 22 people in the Valley have tested positive for coronavirus.
SHELTON, CT — Shelton now has eight confirmed coronavirus cases while Derby has one confirmed case.
The latest figures were released Wednesday by the Naugatuck Valley Health District. Overall 22 Valley residents tested positive for new coronavirus. There are three Ansonia cases, one in Beacon Falls, four in Naugatuck and five in Seymour.
"Please remember that this is a rapidly evolving situation and numbers are subject, and likely to change," said NVHD Director Jessica Stelmaszek.

Connecticut has a total of 875 confirmed cases with 19 deaths and 113 hospitalizations as of Wednesday. The hardest hit area is Fairfield County.
