Mini golf in a library? That's right! Join us for a round of mini golf through the book stacks, hallways, staircase, tables and chairs as we celebrate "Take Your Child to the Library Day". This event takes place on Saturday, Feb. 1st from 10 am to 3 pm at Plumb Memorial Library, 65 Wooster St., Shelton. Sponsored by the Friends of the Shelton Libraries and the Shelton School Readiness Council, this free, family event will feature mini golf, refreshments, a special children's book sale, basket walk auction, library cards, tours, Friends memberships and more! Proceeds will benefit Read and Grow: 1000 Books Before Kindergarten.
