Likely Decision Reached On 30-Unit Shelton Apartment Plan
Commissioners worried that the project was too dense.

SHELTON, CT — The Shelton Planning and Zoning Commission appears likely to deny a 30-unit apartment proposal on Old Bridgeport Avenue and Sunwood Drive.
The commission took a unanimous consensus against the proposal, according to the Shelton Herald. Some commissioners complained that there was only about an acre of usable land for the project and it was too dense.
