Man, 56, Found Dead in Shelton Drainage Ravine: Police
Shelton police are investigating the incident, which was discovered Sunday.

SHELTON, CT — A 56-year-old man was discovered dead Sunday in a drainage ravine near Longfellow Road in Shelton, according to police.
The man has been identified as Theodore Bortnick, who had been reported missing by his mother late Sunday morning.
"The complainant reported that she awoke that morning and could not locate her 56 year old son, Theodore Bortnick," Shelton police wrote in a statement. "Police canvassed the area and discovered Bortnick deceased in a drainage ravine on the property. The Connecticut State Police Major Crime team responded to process the scene."

Police said that "there is no indication of any foul play at this time," but the incident remains under investigation.
