Man Drugged 15-Year-Old To Have Sex With Her: Shelton PD
He is accused of sexually assaulting the teen at a dugout in Shelton, police said.
SHELTON, CT — A Shelton man was arrested after he drugged a 15-year-old girl in order to have sex with her, police said.
Matthew Pelham, 23, is accused of giving the 15-year-old narcotics and then have sex with her in the dugout at the baseball field on Howe Avenue, said Detective Richard Bango, police spokesman.
Pelham is charged with second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and illegal sexual contact with a victim under the age of 16.

He was held on a $150,000 bond.
